My approach as an Integrated Nutritionist is to look into your holistic well-being by cultivating mindfulness and coach you to achieve your health goals.
Having been in the industry for 14 years and worked with over a hundred clients and doctors, my specialisations lie in diabetes management, obesity, varicose veins, gut health, hormone balance, PCOD, pregnancy & lactation, and mental & physical health.

Thoughts become things, choose the good ones. Our thoughts are food for our mind. Buddha says, “Based on your thinking you become the person you are”. If you think you are weak, you will be weak. If you think you are strong, you will be strong. Manage your thought process correctly.
